napping pupAfter spending time this summer with the youngest grandkids, I realized we have a lot in common when it comes to a daily activity – sleeping. After so many years sleep-deprived, seniors relish their sleep and nap time.

Robison, consumer journalist, writes about a Consumer Reports’ analysis of potentially dangerous painkillers – opiates such asfda OxyContin and Vicodin, which can be addictive, and acetaminophen, which can cause damage due to confusion about how much to take. Consumer Reports advises consumers to know about the risks of painkillers and is calling on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to take action to reduce the risks from them.
